Intelligent Environments appoints former PayPal executive
New recruit will drive international expansion plans

Digital banking software company Intelligent Environments has appointed former PayPal executive Deborah Davis as non-executive director to provide strategic oversight

Davis has over 25 years of technology experience with 14 years in vice president roles at PayPal, eBay, Verizon Business and Symantec.

Intelligent Environments says she will help drive an increasing number of major partnerships, as well providing strategic direction and operational insight to drive forward Intelligent Environment’s aggressive international expansion plans.

She joins the firm after leaving PayPal, where she spent three years heading up the global partner management and risk operations divisions.

While at PayPal, she worked with nine global partners and 2,500 staff, directing third party suppliers across 20 locations serving PayPal’s global markets. She also ran PayPal’s internal global credit and fraud risk teams out of 6 locations covering merchants and consumers in all of PayPal’s markets.  Prior to joining PayPal, she spent two years developing and deploying major systems infrastructure and improving the customer experience at eBay.
