Semafone names chief operating officer
PCI expert appointed
Iain Johnston has joined Semafone, the secure payment technology for call centres provider, as chief operating officer.
He was formerly head of the PCI programme at Sky, where he was responsible for selecting and implementing DTMF capture technology from Semafone across 14,000 call centre agents to reduce compliance costs and improve security for payments taken over the phone.
He joins Semafone from Strategic Transformation, where he has been a director for ten years. |
